Depends on the gun.

For HP guns, Stab. For LP guns, Sidewinder, 2 Litre, CP, etc.

For a b2k4 w/ pds.

Also, what kind of tank would i need for it? HP or LP?

both will work, but you will be better off getting a low pressure, more expensive, but it will help with your gun.

Why not stick with the stock B2K4 reg? Easy on the budget that way, and the stock reg will more than handle HPA. I understand that internally, they aren't that much different from a Bob Long Torpedo.

Sidewinder 2 liter is the best out there, but it may not be right for your gun.

I just bought a b2k4 w/ pds, and a cp reg. But, the drop forward doesn't have an asa. I also have a female palmer's stabilizer on my 98custom. Could i use my stabilizer for an asa on my b2k4? Would it help any or would it just be a waste? I want to know because i am selling the 98custom now, and I don't know if i want to sell the stabilizer with it.

IMO, I would keep the female palmers stabilizer for later use, unless you can recover most of the purchase price for the stabilizer.  You never know when you  will use it.
