*stifles laugh at 'supple' in supplements*

I've been looking at supplements and what they have to offer, basically here's what I have seen,

Creatine-----------------Size and muscle hydration
Creatine Ethyl Ester(CEE)-Increased size and muscle hydration works better than regular creatine. No "bloat"
Nitric Oxide--------------Continuos juiced feeling
All Day Energy------------Energy
Calorie Burn---------------Energy / Weight loss

Right now, I'm not looking for any more (pure) size with my current statistics...

Height: 5' 10"

Weight: 275 ILBS

20 Yd Dash: 3.2 (sec)

40 Yd Dash: 5.9 (sec)

Bench Press 255 ILBS

Power Clean: 215 ILBS

Dead Lift: 600 ILBS

Squat: 585 ILBS

Vertical Jump: 28 IN

Broad Jump: 7' 8"

Leap(run): 11' 1"

I'm more or less wondering if I could combine the Nitric Oxide with the Calorie Burner AND the creatine, to create a fat losing juiced muscle mass gaining atmosphere for my body. This way I will lose fat, feel pumped when I work out, and gain muscle mass, so I retain my weight. So, I can't find any reason why I can't, so I want to know if anyone has tried this. I also already work VERY HARD in the gym, but, i's not enough anymore. Also, for those of you creatine takers, after you stop taking, keep drinking all that water, and keep lifting, YOU WILL NOT LOSE MASS if you keep eating as you should (isn't it like your weight x 17 for calorie intake?)

I.E.

275 x 17 = 4675 Calories per day

That sounds right, I think...

ur numbers seem very very high and outstanding. For some reason I don't believe you. Honestly. I mean I work out constantly and I go and compete in powermeets so I know what your talking about, but I still don't believe you. You weighing 275 and get a 28 on vertical? I mean come on.

Im currently on NO xplode. Its nitric oxide and creatine. No loading, take it about 30 minutes before you workout. It works. Increased reps and weight, no *major* water retenion.

Trust me, you dont want pills. They take way longer to break down, and most of the time they lose a lot of thier strength.

Mixing NO xpolde is easy, just put it in water. It tastes pretty decent. I like to add a little sugar to little to make it taste better and other reasons.

Ya but creatine is dangerous if u dont be careful, U have to dirnk alot more water than norml and make sure to keep up with food also. But Ive debated taking creatine just to bulk up. But its more for athletics than bulking up

Actually, Creatine has yet to prove dangerous. There are no harmful side effects. You should deffinatly drink more water then noraml, esspecially during the loading phase.

For one, if you deadlift 600, and only powerclean 215, unless you have the wrist of a premature girl.  I'm 185 and I powerclean 215, which means I'm doing the same amount of weight at about 3/4 your size.

Dbib, honestly, I think you have no idea what your taking.  First off, BSN products are extremely overpriced.  There are plenty other Nitric Oxide products that work alot better.  White Blood and Green Buldge (Stack) from controlled labs is simply amazing.

Pirate, get a video of your deadlifting 600 and squating 525, I'll be very impressed.  You should easily go to college if you can get rim at your weight and still put up those numbers.  But your knowledge in supplements is very small, so I wouldn't try to brag about it.  But honestly, if you want creatine, go CEE or kre-alk.  Mono is so un-effective.

But how bout that ban on M1T and Superdrol last thursday?

I'm thinking about picking up a bottle so when I turn 18 i'll have some.  They've been selling like crazy since the ban.

PS -  I garuntee I have a more extensive supplement section than anyone here

I neglect power clean, simply because it is a more complex lift, much harder than squat, and I have terrible form, all I do is rep for form at 135, I'll most probably see a max amount gain once I get my form down. I never said I was all muscle.... and if you don't believe me then fine, go drink your hatorade, be skinny and be jealous, I don't have to prove to you. Also, we have QB's bench pressing  225 and RB's squatting 480, I'm weak compared to them(in a pound-for-pound situation). Also, this isn't important enough to see a doctor about, this is normal high-school athlete stuff. Also, I looked at my available options, and found

EDIT 2: I don't have the resources to get you a video of that because we are in the bigger stronger faster program (and after that which takes nearly an hour we do SUPERSETS or Rack Running as you may know it which are very effective as they are all the training I do as far as arms are concerned, I lift mostly legs, and run/do/plyometrics/calistenics) the BFS program doesn't allow enough time to do a normal 5x3x1 process to get to my maximum lifts, but I don't know if anyone collects those magazines, but  I was listed in one, see f you can find me, I had the Ben Wallace hair and a slight bit of stubble and two earrings.(diamonds)

My body is my fortress on wheels, I only give it what I feel it can take, and I only do what I believe I can, and I believe I can do everything, and that's where most of my early muscle came from, I worked until I achieved goals, but now it's not enough, I need more muscle and that's the whole point of this thread, so web-haters please go away. And HTY I wouldn't have had the explosion to get to the rim if I didn't squat somewhere near 600, I would just go up and come down nowhere near the rim....

Pirate, our QB benches 230 (flatbacked), so I'm not saying thats out of the blue.  But most people putting up those kinds of #'s are easily division 1 prospects.

And our school does BFS too, we actually had a speaker come talk to our team just for that.  Yes, we also do supersets, so nothing your saying seems correct to me.  I've seen pictures of you, and your knowledge of supps, and neither matches up with the numbers you've posted.

Anyway, it's not effecient to try to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time. Pick one and focus on it alone, the other may come in slight amounts if you are lucky. The only supplements I reccomend to anyone:

1. Metabolic Drive Protein Blend - Has casein, best tasting, litte expensive though.

2. Biotest Surge PWO Forumula - Best mixing, tasting, and best ingredients.

3. Micronized Creatine Monohydrate - Mixes better than normal mono, you don't need to load of take some gimmickyass creatine. Just mono, 5 grams a day, everyday.

4. Omega 3 source - Couple with every meal. 

5. Multivitamin -derka derka.

6. Hotrox - The Biotest ephedra free fat loss product. Supposed to be good, haven't ever used a fat loss product.

I've decided on taking NO-Xplode, price isn't too bad, if I order, not buy from store directly(GNC). I'm thinking about trying the MASS-STACK if the NO-Xplode works well. My last question is,
  why my supplement knowledge would matter to my strength,  and if it means anything, I've been lifting since I was 8 or so, so pretty much half of my life.

Steroid-use wannabe? Just because you don't know what you're doing at the gym doesn't mean you should try to put us on the same level as people who take steroids. And just a word of advice, ditch the gatorade.
