Nothing that you could percieve with normal use. A expansion chamber will restrict flow from the tank, but the chamber will also serve as sort of a gas reservoir, acting like a buffer. This is the same idea behind low pressure chambers. So while the x-chamber will theoretically cause a gas choke, it will be so small you wouldnt ever really notice the difference. -------------

using HPA still lets the rt work, so i don't see why an ex chamber would do anything to stop it from working.

No, the X Chamber won't affect the RT, it just lets the gas expand so it shouldn't have an effect on the RT.
