http://countysports.com - Countypaintball.com . get a "male" and depending on how new your A5 is you may need a new hose and a 90deg fitting

Get a male, and while you're at it, get a macro line kit. It should come with all the right fittings and tubes and stuff. It makes it a lot easier to run hoses on your gun.

go to Countysports.com and its the "Palmers stabilizer kit for the A-5". It includes the stabilizer(regulator), 9" inch steel braided gas line, and the 90 deg. elbow.

I hate the look of macro, steel braided looks so much better in my opinion.

macro is perfectly safe for air. just make sure to get the high
pressure line. dont, i repeat, dont, run macroline for Co2. It COULD
explode. it wont necessarily, but it COULD.
macroline is great for air just because it is way easier to run lines on your marker.

For CO2, macroline could burst but I wouldn't really call it "explode". It's not like shrapnel will go flying all over or anything. It will just burst open and let all your air leak out. Then you'd have to replace it before you can air up your marker again. The main culprit is leaving your marker in the sun so the CO2 pressure builds up in the line and then finally blows it out.
It is a lot easier to work with macroline. Steel braided is a little more reliable though.
As for the Palmers, we do carry a kit that's made to fit your A5 very well. We also carry kits for Model 98s and Spyders.
