I was just thinking, I would like a new gun, like that I could play
woodsball with, and I looked at spyders, but they don't have many good
ones for woodsball. I currently have a M98, but I was wondering
if I should get a 98 custom and customize it, or just get a
spyder? I was looking at the Spyder Sonix, and the TL-X. I
want a Custom Pro, because it has the double trigger, and drop foward
as stock, but they cost more. I couldn't find any cheap ones on
ebay, and that is where I plan to get my gun. If I got the 98
custom, what should I do to customize it?

I'd go with the 98c. It'll be a lot more durable than a spyder. Well, I would say get a new barrel, RT, faster hopper, and then the rest you can get to meet your needs. If you really wanna customize it, do some milling and painting. ------------- Pumpker'd; (V.) When a pump player runs up and shoots you at point blank range because you thought 20bps made you good. |

Well, I already have a 14" progressive
barrel. And I've heard that the RT is a waste of money...Should I
get a Viewloader Electronic hopper? And yes, i've already painted
some of my gun. Red though. But that is my M98. Does anyone know of a place that I can get a Custom Pro for not a lot of money? ------------- Ballin With a Tippmann Model 98. |

That would still make it around $144. And my mom is the one that
is buying this, she doesn't want to spend a lot on it. Because I
supposedly have a "perfectly fine paintball gun". (which I do,
but I want to be able to customize it).

lol, just go to like ur state on the right side then go to sell/want or something like that and maybe then search watever u want. it took me a while to figure it out too. Just to say right now, you won't find that much stuff on paintball from craigslist, none other than high end guns that people want way too much for. Its pretty useless to use craiglist for paintball, because its mostly local urban furniture and electronics. And don't search, go to sporting goods and then search from there. |

There is no need to make this personal, I'm stating facts. I put it on craigslist, and I also put it on 10+ sites. That doesn't mean I have complete faith in it being able to be sold there. The site is not known for having anything paintball. To be able to find parts on there that you could use you have a 5% chance.
