It is simple to install if you have a basic knowledge of your gun and know how to read instructions. If you do not feel confident of your skills, most proshops will install if for about $10-20.

You might be in trouble if you are set on your stock hopper. Even if you are only going to be firing in short burst, the stock hopper usually won't cut it. I would suggest getting a cheap electric one. You can get a 12v revolution on ebay for very cheap if you look around.

Most tourneys do not allow r/t because it is technically full auto but many fields do. Check first just to be safe. I highly recommend buying the r/t.

Look the guy obvously spends alot of time on MSM or something, everytime he posts a message looking for help with something you jump on him and insult him for his grammer. Everyone else seems to know what he is saying.

Didn't your mother ever tell you if you can't say anything nice don't say anything at all

As it is pointed out on here all the time, this is not MSM. It is his fault alone that he is not willing to take the 30 extra seconds to spell out full words, and make complete sentences. Laziness is not an excuse...

It would be one thing if he was a mentally retarded, and didn't know any better. But oviously he does or he would not be posting on a Forum.

To Ghost-Rider: Show some respect for yourself, and post like you aren't two. It will gain you alot of respect around here...

The name for it is mentally challanged, not mentally retarded that is offensive. Retarded is a bad name and I think we should stop using it.

Besides I take offense to that

I like painball, paintballs been good to me

The r/t isn't hard to install. My little brother did it without the directions. Yeah the directions do kinda stink, but really it isn't that hard. If you do a search I'm sure you'll find directions on this forum. No the r/t isn't allowed in most tournaments because it can simulate full auto. You can disable it very easily. All you do is remove a screw. The r/t is allwed in alot of scenario games. You just have to look/ask around. Personally, I prefer the r/t over the e-grip because I'm not a big fan of electronics on my marker. It is possible to tune the r/t to a burst, but I would recommend getting another hopper besides the stock one. The stock hopper really won't keep up with the r/t that well. You will start chopping balls and dry fireing. All-in-all, really annoying and guaranteed to happen in the worst situations. Just invest in a cheap 12v revvy. You can get one for $20-30. Just look around.

i didnt read the rest of the thread because im at work. but my personal experience is... the directions ARE kind of hard to follow and the diagrams really stink so you have to figure a few things out on your own. And most definitely if you haven't installed a r/t before you WILL rip an o-ring. I had to go back to the store i purchased it from and they replaced the o-ring and even they riped it and had to replace it again and put some kind of grease so it wouldn't rip. in the end i got fed up with riping o-rings every time i took apart my a5 to clean and oil it. now i  have an e grip with jcs blade trigger and WAS board. r/t are great if you can deal with the headaches.

the hardest part with following the directions for the responce trigger is redoing the power tube, thats the hardest/most confusing thing on installation.  It's really simple to actually install the responce once the power tube is converted(i mean:for the power tube that has the threads for the RT to screw in)  The responce trigger is really nice to use even and is even better when you find the "sweet spot" it basically makes you cream your pants when you hear it. the hopper that I personally like and recomend is the cyclone, it easily keeps up and all you have to get after the cyclone is purchased it the banjo "T" fitting.  I would definetly get a responce trigger.  ( I Sure hope this made sense )
