I don't like the mag. The gun itself is very cool, mag sucks. Double trigger on mislim is wrong too. But overall still very cool.

for some reaseon this particular EGrip wont' operate correctly with the
regular trigger but it operates fine with the double attached. So, it'll have to
stay until I can figure out what the deal is.

All I really did was put the parts on, Opsgear created the kit. They really did
a "bang-up" job on this one!

wow... i saw that gun posted like a week ago by paintballkidEPS and i fell in love with it immediately. H&K did an amazing job with their real UMP and opsgeare does it justice.

looks great.

looks ok.  How about losing the front grip and the mag... that would look better in my opinion, but would be cumbersome when holding.  Overall looks good.

This is my job. And you should say "Does it shoot well?", NOT "does it shoot good."

im kind of dissipointed. i was going to buy the UMP shroud, but i dont like the "boxy" appearance of this marker. the red dot sight is too high and the front grip is rounded which doesnt match the rest of the gun.

id save the red dot for a rifle set up and buy a better looking handle. also, cover the bigshot, it doesnt look right.

Please don't take this response as being "horsey", but:

1. The H&K UMP is a "boxy" design as you can see from the photo of the
real steel.

2. The sight is mounted higher (on a sight rail) to make it easier to use
with a mask.
3. The red dot sight is perfect for this type of weapon, Rifles traditionally
use telescopic scopes. Note: I said "rifles" not assault rifles. I presume by
"rifles" you mean bolt-action traditionally-styled weapons.
4. It could definately use a "better looking forward grip" but for the time
being, this one will do fine.
5. The Lapco Big Shot is one of the best barrels around. Personally, I like
them very much and I'll bet a lot of other players do as well. I even like
the way they look.

My turn:
Your quote is wrong. You wrote: "The key in war isn't to die for your
country, but to make the othe bastard die for his".

The actual quote from George C. Scott in the motion picture "Patton"
went:"The object of war is not to die for your country. The object of war is
to make some other poor bas**** die for his country." I use this same
quote in another forum.

I agree, the cleaning aspect is one to consider. That remains to be seen.

I really doesn't add too much weight to the gun. Price was $149.95 and you
can get it in OD, black or gray. The kit contains the gas-through mag, fixed
stock and the shroud itself.
