Sear tripper is just that, something that trips your sear to make the marker fire. The E-grip is a sear tripper. It uses a little rod that bounces up and down to trip the sear and fire the marker.

Electropneumatic is like any true high end gun. It uses pneumatics to fire the marker and an example of this would be the E-bolt.

What do you think the price would be for a custom pro with an ebolt.  Could you but them allready assembled or would i have to put them in my self?

There is an edit button.

I dont think the Custom pro can accept the E-bolt system.

Not part of the "corporate vision" anymore, sadly ...

Shame. The E-Bolt rocks.

I love mine. It's killer with a Flatline.

I'd take an E-bolt over an E-grip anyday.

That was what I did. E-Bolt rules as a Tippmann upgrade.

It's not a sear tripper for starters...

Tippmann E-bolt: True electropneumatic.

No sear, better consistancy, less kick.

E-Trigger: Note the sear, linkage arm, smaller solenoid.

Less consistant, more brittle, more moving parts to break down.

Much more kick.

The E-bolt doesn't take C02 well, correct? There being an electropneumatic olenoid and all....

The E-Bolt works with Co2 I believe, but I use a remote and compressed air when using it.

you can use the e-bolt with co2 but it is wise to either use an anti-syphon tube or a remote because if you get liquid c02 in the e-bolt it could easily mess it up. the anti-syphon tube is a bent tube that goes into your co2 tank and it only gets the actual "air" in the tank. it doesnt get the liquid co2. an anti-syphon tube is cheaper then a remote but you have to get it installed by a qualified airsmith. a remote is an air line made so you can actually strap your tank to your back instead of having it on your gun making your arm tired. with a remote the co2 can actually turn into its "air" form because it is given enough time to do so while going through the remote. i personally like a remote better because it is more useful.
