Good way to make a first impression...

Get rid of the rail or whatever that thing is on the top. Other then that, its alright

PS: Don't keep your gun cocked. You'll weaken the drive spring...

That barrel looks... disturbing.

Other than that, aight.

I do think you need the shroud with it...other than that, it's fine. You may have to file down the shroud a little to fit with the cyclone, it'll be ok though.

put the flatline shroud back on. then take off that rail and you will be all good

It would be cool if you could fit the shroud and turn that rail around.

wait what are you talking about, all you have to do is un screw the barrel and the barrel will come out off the gun and out of the shroud you dont have to take the whole shroud off

It is ok but loose the flat line.

MP Sniper have you ever used a flatline? there is no way of removing it from the gun without removing the shroud first.

yes there is, i have one, you just unscrew the clamp that holds the barrel in and slide it out the front of the shroud, which you dont have to touch. its simple

that's right, i forgot the clamp was behind the shroud, i never messed with that because i got the barrel straight with the clamp, tightened it down and never messed with it again. i always removed the barrel like a standard barrel.....but had to remove the shroud.

Did everyone in the forum suddenly go stupid? Wow.

First off, if you have a straight shot squeege they work just as well on the
flatline as they do on normal barrels because they are flexible and their
magical design allows you to not push paint all the way into the gun.

MC_TP... what are you, the drive spring police? It doesn't make that much
of a difference, and if in 1000 years his drive spring weakens to much
from the gun being cocked, he can buy another.

estcstpn... those barrels are just as accurate as any barrel would be at
that range. Except those barrels (the flatlines) shoot 100 feet farther than
most barrels do. Accuracy isn't really the factor with the flatline, its
range.

Gasdrinker... putting on the a5 flatline barrel would take a serious
amount of modding and milling, probably more than he is willing to do.

The matter of shroudless... you should keep the shroud on. Its there to
protect the barrel, keep it from getting knocked around, bent, and in
general messed up.

Like I said, get a straight shot squeegee that has a tip that bends when
you push the end, so that you can get past all the goop in the barrel on
the way in, release it, and pull the goop out:

o, and yes, he is correct in that the drive spring will wear out not in 100 years, but quickly.....cuz if it gets compressed for too long, it shoot well any more
