What upgrades should I do to my Tippmann 98 custom? I am considering buying a R/T trigger and Vert. expansion chamber. Am I on the right track? I only have about $200 to spend on upgrades. Also does the color look good or should I go ahead and repaint it? Also am I going for the right look or should I go for somthing a bit more sleak. Would It look better if I milled off the letters?Replies:

Yeah, a RT and expansion chamber are good ups. You'll want to look into a faster hopper like a Revvy, to keep up with the RT. ------------- Pumpker'd; (V.) When a pump player runs up and shoots you at point blank range because you thought 20bps made you good. |

lose the scope, get a r/t super it, and get an eggy, andum, maybe a 2x trig.........

An X-chamber would be a great next upgrade if you plan on sticking with co2. The paint looks pretty nice, but it'd be super sweet with some milling. I'd start with the lettering and rear sight. Also.. ditch the $10 daisy scope. Yeah, I got one too when I first started playing, and it also made my gun look a lot stupider than it should of. ------------- One shot, One kill.... Oh, wait. What fun is that? TEN shots, one kill, and a bunch of welts on your back. |

Ok, the scope was actually just on there for fun, I found it in our garage and decided to snap it on. I was thinking of getting a Diablo Halo TSA frontman hopper, then the R/T kit and then the Expansion chamber, so it looks Like I am on the right track. What would you guys rate my gun right now????
