ok guys, im sick of people walkin up and sayin,"that thing looks cool, and then later in the conversation they ask how fast it can shoot and i try to change the subject cause its embarrasing. SO i want to put a dm4/5 e-bolt in my gun, BOARD: EYES: SWITCH: WIRING: LPR: SOLENOID: http://img136.imageshack.us/my.php?image=98cupdated0020md.jpg"> RAM: MEMBRANE:DM5 membrane pad in the grip, OR bob long lcd screen if it will hook up. http://img134.imageshack.us/my.php?image=image0469iv.jpg">
I WILL POST PICS OF THE ITEMS COMING IN THE MAIL WHEN I GET THEM.(3 more pics coming soon, and i will give u a link of what the ram looks like. |

Why not just put a regular E-bolt in it?

cause i already stared buying stuff to make 1, and besides, i realy dont want to pay 150 dollars to jump to 14, i'd rather spend 250 dollars and hit 22bps , i need to know if theres anything i need to improve on.

i'd rather not, people would not expect a tippmann 98c to be rollin with angels, dm6's, autocockers, and some timmy's. i have put WAAAYYYYYY too much money in it ($600-$850) to take a loss. and it holds sentimental value to me so thats a less chance of me sellin it. i would sell it if it wasn't that important to me. and thanks about the luck |

cause when its 1 on 1 and there in the upper room getting a birds eye view of the feild they can direct where the shots are coming from. and id rather have my fingers, gun, and skill do the talkin not my mouth. and skillet, even if u did patent it to would be to late, all i need is a membrane, eyes and a ram, and someone else helped me on making this list cause they had almost all of these things. and how would you patent something that everyone has axcess to. |

I totally understand why you want to do it. Its custom. Some of us like to do things to our guns that everyone else can't buy and bolt on.

thanks guys, and besides, u only get half the performance on a bolt on product unless u customize it, or make one of your own. well, since everyone keeps ansing i will post a vid and pics when im done |

| Do you realize that on NPPL tonight on ESPN @ 9:00 The Top teams only shoot around 15bps Seimi Auto only? You gun would be custom but A 98c with Ebolt(maybe a fw other mods) could keep up with Angels and Cockers and Timmis? |

| the whole point of really doing this is becuase its one of a kind. nobody would ever think a tippy could keep up with a timmy, angels, exc. i am not really going to shoot at 25 bps the whole game, but thats what my expectations are of it, my goal is 18 all day and that would be just fine with me. and yes, when im done i should have like 250 in the e-bolt bringing my gun up around $1100 total. the only reason it so much cuase i never really did firepower ups, i made the mistake of EVERYTHING ELSE BEFORE THE FIREPOWER. thank you guys for all the posts, i would like to know more opinions on my furure setup. |

maybe, but ud have to mount it custom cuase it doesn't have that metal rod coming off of it, theres only a little bulge on this one. u'd rip if u did this, polished ur internals including next to the trigger, and took a clicky pen spring and streched it to size so it was weaker than a regular pen spring. thats what i plan on doin to mine, o i think i want to do the magnetic trigger but is that better than the weaked clicky pen spring? when im done with everything getting mounted im gonna post pics, then later on like a weak after get a vid. |

if thats a question it is. im buying a custom clippard ram w/ clippard qevs and he said it hit 20bps no problem and showed no signs of slowing down. he milled a custom sleeve out for it too. its $75 for the ram and it has the same stroke as regular e-bolt, but im gonna see if i can make it 1.25, instead of 1.5. as for the board, i can set a cap on it w/ the eyes on or off for the people that didn't know. if that wasn't a question, tell me what u mean cuase i dont get it. |

That is what I have been told about the GTA E-Bolt. It turns out not to be true. I set up a little electric powered plunger to push against my trigger. In semi-auto the E-Bolt board maxed out (firing pulses, not the limit of the ram cycle) at 13 cps. No changes in the adjustments on the board made any difference. I could make it slower, but not faster than 13 cps. Now, the ROF is controlled by a variable capacitor. I might change that to get higher ROF. Just need to experiment. -------------

Man I love you for doing this, I totaly understand why your doing it too. My only advice is mounting the Ram just use the old butt cap and drill out as necesary. That way you have a nice snug fit and you can always buy more from tippmannparts.com there inexspensive. IMO that might be the best way to mount the ram. ------------- Gamertag: Kataklysm999

did you get your solenoids of ebay about two weeks ago? then you out bid me as for the eyes check with wicked air sportz. i know im prombley going to get a strike but if you check pbnation.com they might a have a list of online stores to purchase the parts under the makers manf list they do for bob longs. you don't use a chamber to propel the bolt forward and just have the valve kick it back? |

| well, i bought the solenoids for 55 so i payed up for those. and as for the e-bolt its 2-way so air from the solenoid blows it forward then back, im tring to find a washer that fits around the vavle pin so theres little blowback , ur only gonna get a strike for saying something was for sale not selling it, or sometimes they give u a strike for posting a link on where there sellin something. i dont realy wanna pay 40 dollars for eyes, i want used ones any color for 20 bucks if i can find them that cheap. well guys(maybe lads) i want to listen to ur comments, questions, and recomendations. any question i can answer i will, as fo ones i dont know the other forumers might help u out. |

man i need to READ the FORUM RULES. well i found a nme interceptor parts kit on ebay for $150 contained the was board, trigger harness,eyes,solenoid valves. im going to e-bolt my a-5. Thats why i asked about using the return air to push the rear bolt back to the cocked postion i dont know were to get eyes that cheap check with your local pro shop? |

| what do you play? are you a woodsballer or a speedballer? if you play speedball tournys that actually have pro or semipro teams a lot of the rules won't let you shoot anyfaster than 15bps i got kicked off a field in oregon because i was shooting to fast. i was only at about 19bps but it was enough to get me disqualified. that was when i switched to playing woodsball. |
