http://carpetmonster.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/fj.htm - http://carpetmonster.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/fj.htm   This would make a great liquid paint thrower. It's obviously not a good idea to make one for real, you would get arrested !!  Good for scenario's though. I might make one for d-day.

If you dare show up to D-day with a "flame thrower" Me and Styro might have to push you off a cliff, just for your idiocy.

How is that possibly good for scenarios? Unless the scenario is a forest fire.

Besides this being discussed MANY times (Use search from now on).. it's impratical.

Range would be horrible becuase paint is generally thicker than water.

Have fun breaking each and every ball and pouring out their contents int hat thing.. then when it comes time to let loose, it clogs up.

They'll never let you use it, too many people would get pissed about getting drenched in paint, plus they arn'nt insured for paint throwers...

Are you one of the guys who, everytime someone posts about making a paint thrower, immediately calls them retarded and tells them it won't work? Friggin' naysayers.

Looks sweet, but the range must be terrible. Still I would try it to see how it would fare in a game.

It's a flamethrower, not a gun.

I still can't understand the functionality of a flamethrower that also shoots liquid paint. That is seriously the most retarded thing I have ever seen someone fabricate.

yes i think the origional purpose of the flamethrower was to... burn things. it wouldn't hit people in buildings/cover very well like the main purpose of flushing them out.

ok here goes....im gonna get yelled at i know but YAY!!! for all of the people who want to make their paint throwers or paint shotguns...DO IT!!! (make sure its safe of course)

this proves that some supposed "taboo" ideas are actually possible to do, whether or not people say they arent...

btw...thanks Mehs, youve inspired me to attempt a paintball shotgun....

The idea, is sweet, only if your 10. Even if you made a paint-thrower, have fun getting enough cover fire to get into the 10 foot area it can lay waste to. With that range, you might as well be a 1337 sniper and camp out and wait for people to walk by.

I snuck up behind the bunker in the woods, as soon as I saw em I charged and took out 2 guys, turned and saw the last one and nailed him in the chest.
