In Psychology.. I leanred that even with no proof of their own, but countless amounts of proof against them, people stand by their convictions that the Pentagon attack was planned by the US gov't.

(No.. not talking about Stoz... me and 2 others got in a debate with 3 kids today during class...)

My 1 mile is between 5:50 and 6:20(depending on my level of conditioning at the time. My 2 mile time is right about 13:00 and my 5k is around 19:30.

It's early today, but yesterday I learned that a cow's aorta is thick and tough like a steel belted radial, and that I can hold my breath for 2:13 without preparation.

I have yet to learn anything new or of significance today. We'll see how it goes.

Years ago my friend and I put some bread in a toaster oven and turned it all the way up. I remember that we discovered the flash point of white bread, but now I can't remember how high it was.

That was one my favorite "What I learned today" moments.

Im fat and I can still do the mile in around 9 mins, and I havent ran since football season a year ago. So, just becasue your fat doesnt mean you cant run, especially when the cops are after you.

I can easily run 2 miles in less than that and I would bet money that i've smoked a lot more pot than he has in my lifetime. Being athletic doesn't hurt either.

the tank didnt over flow, almost but not quite.
