Has anyone ever had this happen or seen this? These are the rear strip pins for my A-5. Sorry the pic is crappy but you understand whats has gone on.

no i put them in my mouth and ate them..........YES the pins broke clean in two

they were broken in the marker! i was taking them out and half of them stayed in.....

How old is the marker? Did you buy it used?

i do have alot and i mean ALOT of play time on these pins but one would think that these shouldnt break like this.i guess this is the cause of mass paint flinging

It will happen from time to time if you use a stock.
Happened to me last year.
The stock puts lots more pressure on those rear pins.
Thats what I was told from the Tippmann Representative at the time anyway.
Seemed a bit strange to me as well, but Yes I have seen it. If you don't use a stock...well...perhaps you are strong like Bull!

This is good info. I have been coinsidering buying a folding stock as an upgrade to my A5. I guess I will have to watch out for this. I imagine one can buy replacement parts, Yes?

Have hade two different customers come in with the same problem. both guns had a stock and both players admitted to a few dives while in play. most likely when the breaks occured. when the aderilin is flowing in battel one really dosen't know how aggressive their moves are. like running and diving for the next cover.  Have fun  play hard, play safe, and yes people like me keep replacement parts in stock.
