Hey do any of you with an a-5 witha cyclone feeder have problems with it because I was playing with mine a few days ago and the cyclone feeder stoped spinning. I tried a new tank and nothing would get it to work right so now I have it rigged to where the spinners are out of the inside and the rest of it isnt hooked up so I was wonder if allot of people have this problem or its just my luck?

No, mine's good. Thus, I have no why yours is messed up because I never took the time to figure out how mine worked because it always worked right so someone else with a bad Cyclone can help you.

call tippmann and explain your problem. they'll be able to answer all your questions. my guess is perhaps a broken ratchet....

Yep, most likely explaination. Some of the older cyclones had this problem. Tippmann corrected it with an improved feeder ratchet.

My A5 is only a couple of weeks old and I have had no problems at all with any part of it. The cyclone feeder worked flawlessly throughout 2 days of woodball. No chopping, nothing, about 2000 balls fired and not one problem.

It sound as if you have a warrenty issue there. Dig out your receipt (you did keep it didn't you?) and take it back for exchange or repair.

    Good luck.

I got this for christmas so I never had a reciept and I dont think the warrenty will cover it any more because I've got it all tore apart and stuck on there. mine had been working fine and I had shot just about 2500 paintballs then it stopped working

Mine quit working and it was brand new and there were no broken parts. I know how they work so i thought i could find the problem and then just have tippmann send the part i needed but i got it apart and it was all good so tippmann just sent me a new one and i didnt have to send the bad one in.the new one works fine
