maybe the factory didnt screw the side exaust valve on right(i think thats what it is), ask the maker of the tank. and make sure everything is tight, and make sure its the tank not the asa, unimount, hole, exc.

is the tank empty?? if it is take it out USING THE RIGHT TOOL, NOT ADJUSTABLE. Put thread sealer on and finD a small o-ring to put on it so its seals nice and tight. thread it back on slowly untill it gets harder, use some pressure but not all or ull strip it or mess it up and then u should be set to go, and if u realy dont want to do this so u dont mess anything up i recomend taking it to a proshop and have them find the problem.

The only other thing on a C02 Valve is the burst disk... and those don't leak just because you screw it on to the gun. They blow if the pressure is too high, and when they start they don't stop until the pressure is zero.

I'm thinking you need to check your ASA and make sure the pin in your C02 valve is not too long. That, or you need to screw it in faster?
