Okay guyz i need sum advice...should i pay 50 bucks to get my nu defiant in working order again or trade it to a buddy for an ion....the ion comes with all nu lucky internals bolt and stuff,blu body kit,empire barrel kit,cp asa,cp trig,sp q-lok,blackheart,virtue eyes,spring ball detents,bob long reg, egg,and all the stock stuff....thx for the help guys.... ------------- NU, Defiant 2...ion,all the ups... |

I'd go with the Ion. I'm a huge fan of BLs, but never liked the defiants. ------------- Pumpker'd; (V.) When a pump player runs up and shoots you at point blank range because you thought 20bps made you good. |

Defiant. 50 bucks is a small price to pay for a gun that wont get you made fun of, and a gun with superior performance. |

Who cares if an Ion gets made fun of? The only people who make fun of it are people who spent $1000+ on their markers and are mad because this $200 "newb" gun can sling as much paint. And dont say they are made fun of because they are cheaply made, because I dont agree with that at all. I have yet to have any problems with my Ion and I have had it for about a year and have played with it alot. And finally who is going to be laughing when you gog a guy with this "newb" gun. Lets all remember the all important motto: "Its not the gun, its the player" -------------

People don't like to be made fun of, it's a fact. So, when presented with the opportunity to avoid that, the instinct should be to go with the gun that wont get you mocked. I didn't make this up, so don't preach your crap at me. |

Settle down, I wasnt preaching anything to you. I was just making a point, as were you. As for being made fun of, I take it with a grain of salt. I dont care if people make fun of me for shooting an Ion. I like it and thats all that matters to me. I wasn't trying to offend anyone, and if I did offend you, I'm sorry. It kinda deppresses me to see every 10 year old at the field have ions as their first guns. I started out with a friggin talon pump whats it gonna be like in 10 years kids starting out with a new gun that can shoot a billion balls a second for 100 bucks -------------

i feel the same exact way ">><<" i started playin with a model 98..and had to work my a$$ off to get my '03 cocker,and then my ion...and now my defiant...and ya i dont knoe how u guys feel about ramping but im not fond of it....it makes shooting fast way to easy and makes complete newbs feel like they r sum sorta paintball go d.... ------------- NU, Defiant 2...ion,all the ups... |
