is it just me or does anything else think a mechanical select fire trigger would be a great idea. even if it only had semi and auto or 3 round burt. i think any company that came out with this would make thousands of dollars.

Realisticly i see no possible way this could be done

The R/T is the closest thing that will come to this You can sweetspot it to 2-4 shot burst and Full auto if you hold the trigger right

im not entirely sure, if you pull the trigger slow enough, it will only shoot 1 round

AT guns are select fire mechs. You pay a premium price for it though.

i wouldn't mind paying that much for it. there built very well and there all self contained. its the most realistic paintball marker you can get.

I read a lot about guns.

Yeah, I'm one of "those" kids.

Reguardless, the mechanisms required for select fire, especially bursting, can be anywhere very complex (under most circumstances) or just simple ratcheting gears...

It's possible (the biggest clue is that THEY EXIST), I just don't have the know how to do it...
