Did anyone buy this on Pay-Per-View?

If so please update us on the fight outcomes.

Also what are your thought on Hughes VS. Gracie fight?

My vote is Hughes

The lightweight fights were by far the most enjoyable.

Hah, that 'Handsome' man got his rear handed to him. Oh that flying knee was blissful.

My brother bought it on Pay Per View, but I sadly did not make it to his place to see it.

Why does every hate Gracie? He's only the best grappler that ever lived.

That reminds me, i have tickets to a live amateur fight tonight:)

He WAS the best grappler, in his time. Fighters are WAY better now than he ever was, he was just massivly ahead of the learning curve. He did JuJitsu, while others were really stuck in their one discapline. Original UFC was all about which discapline is the best. After Gracie, people started combining several martial arts together. Most influential fighter, easily, best of all time, no.

You have to be kidding me.  Gracie isn't the best fighter of all time because of his obvious lack of striking skills, but you can't deny that he was one of the best grapplers ever.  Gracie in his prime could probably submit any fighter in his class if the fight went to the ground.  He was slippery fast and put some chokes on from some crazy angles.

Sure, some of today's fighters would crush Gracie, but I have yet to see a fighter show greater submissive skills than Gracie.
