I recently installed a new trigger but found that after adjusting it any other mode besides Semi caused the egrip to go to full auto due to mechanical bounce. Has anyone been able to adjust there egrip using the Dwell and Debounce settings to account for mechanical bounce?

The trigger is a Rampage Pro Trigger System from Advanced Paintball Electronics. The E-grip is the Newer WAS board equiped model and it's being powered by your standard everyday Duracell.

4.then hold the trigger in for a few seconds the led will go off

5.pull the trigger once twice three times and on the third time hold it in

sounds like I am having the EXACT same problem. I have tried using the Debounce adjustment but so far I have it up to 45ms and still no change. For me what it does is if I fire anything more than a couple of shots or say go into full auto or turbo then the gun just takes off in full auto until I put forward pressure on the trigger.

I am running a stock a-5 w/W.A.S. E-grip and a flatline barrel.

and that would be because the debounce is so high 45 means that when you pull the trigger it will wait 45 mil sec. until it restarts

Backoff the trigger adjusment , you have it set to close . I'll bet when you dry fire (no gas) the marker it works ok.

De-bounce is there to take out electrical noise from the micro-switch and/or false inputs such as bumping the marker. A de-bounce setting of 45ms means the trigger must be pressed for 45ms before a fire command is given , anything less and the marker should not shoot. shooting the marker can cause false inputs if the trigger is set to close to the micro-switch , the way the Tippmann is designed with the heavy (relative) rear bolt causes vibrations etc. initiating extra shots.

Yeah.  I would agree w/ cus98tom.  You need to adjust your trigger not your board.

BTW, as far as I can tell, there is no point in adjusting Dwell in an E-Grip, since doing so has no effect on the actual dwell of the valve.
