if any of you guys own an apex barrel, could you post a (some) pic(s) showing the works of the tip. im trying to make a homemade mod for my a-5's stock barrel and im trying to figure out how exactly the apex works. thanks (oh, and im just looking for the flatline effect not the curve, thanks) ------------- stop whining an play |

Its got a big rubber tounge like thing up top that kinda grabs the ball up top, plus its got air-ated ribbing underneath to change the whole pressure difference (Like the wing on a plane) which is the 'Real' reason it spins which is rather important. I don't know if I would recommend making one... All it needs is a slight imperfection off centre and it would cause it to go round corners even if you didnt want it to. Accuraccy would be a nightmare... i don't much care for the apex, because balls are gunna fly and curve in stupid directions and i don't need some thing on the end of my barrel helping them do it.
