Well, everyone is gettin' new cars, and some new members here have cars, and since this topic has been brought up recently, I figured "what the heck."
Post pics of your pride and joy and let others admire, critique or suggest. No flaming please. Stats appreciated.
I guess you good people probably know what I'm gonna put, but just to kick things off:

the problem is, i havn't decided what car i want to steal off autotrader yet.... picture wise that is...
but in all seriusness, i'm supposed to get a car pretty soon... 16th b-day coming up.. supposed to go car shopping next week actually. a rule of thumb, if i don't come back with a ford tempo, it might actually be pretty nice. but in the meantime, i'm going to post the car(s) i'm looking at.
#1: Pre '94 Z28

#2- '91 Pontiac Firebird

those are the two i'm considering the most... only different colors and such... i'm pretty much including all reasonable types of automobile in my search... from stationwagons to small sized trucks...
edit: also, no convertable... and if i did somehow wind up with one, the top would be up... all the time....

88 S10. 2.8L V6 5 speed. 125 hp and 150 ft-lbf torque. Some kind of aftermarket muffler, need to take it off to check of the make, pretty sure its a dymomax super turbo. Needs a new grill and some headlight covers, clear corners and clear bumper signals, maybe some new tail lights and taller springs in the front so it does not look like its raked. Also needs new 15 inch rims so I can put AT tires on it insted of having car tires due to the 14 inch rims

I have my 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I just drive to put miles on getting close to 200K!!! LOL!
My wife has a 2006 Chrysler 300C
My Step Daughter has a 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse GT
My Step Son has a 2003 Ford F-150 Flareside V-8
I got rid of my BMW 330 and have a new Saturn Skyy on order... not looking good though, I ordered a Yellow one and they are still saying 6 months and they won't give my $1000 deposit back! LOL! It might work out well though, the Saturn is coming out with a SC version in the Fall. I'll probably just wait for that anyway.
Oh and most of you have seen my "Garage Queen" my 1995 Lexus GS. I have put a grand total of 264 miles on it this year. I would list the mods, but it would take WAY too long... so I'll just thank Enkei Wheels, Tanabe Exhaust, Toyo Tires, Katzkin Leather and MB Quart for their generous support.

Would have been nice if you were a little less specific with the title
(as in vehicle, instead of car). I don't have a car, but here are
some pictures of the closest thing I have to a car.
Well, it still is basically a car for a few minutes. It can travel on wheels, just not very well.
Sorry for the small pic.

The side of the airplane.

The cockpit.

Cherokee 140:
0 to 60 in ~10 seconds
660 feet per minute climb speed
129 mph maneuvering/max cruise airspeed
170 max structural airspeed (fastest the plane can go without a great risk of damage)
And here, just for HV. It isn't mine yet, but it will be in a few months (it's my mom's car right now).

I've got the biggest engine and car i believe. Not compensating I just like it (easy to work on), and it can go through some rear tires fast. For you liter people a 472 CU motor is 7.73 liters. Unfortunately mine didnt come with the 500 or 8.19 liters. Now that I've said this I'm sure I will be one-upped.

Well, in september i get my dads old truck
97' Ford Explorer Sport XLT, its the limited edition one, comes with a color ford wont even sell touchup paint for-Purple, with the silver trim, it has the V6 engine that rated higher than the V8, leather, moonroof, premium sound, 4 wheel drive, K&N air, its really nice- 130k mi.
My dad just got a 2007 Ford Sport Trac XLT which is so nice and comfortable, but hard to get in the back
and my sister just got her Crimson Red Pontiac G6 GT Coupe( i love how the fronts kinda like a GTO and the back kinda like a 350z), has the premium and leather package, but im not impressed with the "Monsoon" sound system that comes with the premium package

Heres my trio Under my current ownership.
1996 Ford Ranger XL Extended Cab 4x4
3.slow V6 and auto trans 150hp 180lbs/tq Yet willing to pull anything i throw at it.
250,000kms and counting oiginal drivetrain
This is one of my favorite trucks i have ever had its just a
simple little work horse and just a really good all round
vehical. Decent milage (19-23mpg), Pretty reliable, cheap to
maintain, awsome driver on and off the road, and a great light
hauler (have towed nearly 4000lbs with it). And just something
about it is just FUN to drive it does not feel dissconected from the
road like alot of vehicals its just fun.
Mods: 30/9.5 Cooper ATR tires, Manule Locking hubs from a Jeep, a Class
3 trailer hitch and a bit of coustom "bodywork" (she aint to purdy
anymore cuse this truck works like one).

When i bought it

1986 VW Golf Diesel
1.6L Diesel 5 Speed
The 52hp 72lbs/tq wonder engein but gets 55mpg and is next to bullit proof simple NO OPTIONS not even powersteering.
320,000kms and counting
Mods: Coustom air intake LOLOLOLOL, oh and a coutom alternator braket after the old one broke.
Good little car i currently have unlisenced debating on fixing back upp
again or scraping lack of a need for it anymore. Is just been
sutch a good car to me and saved my rear in a pinch so many times im
haveing a hard time getting rid of it.

And one of its greatest feture it SIMPLICTIC engein bay i can work on this thing with my eyes closed

And of course last but far from least (not exactly a car) but!!
my 2000 Yamaha V-Star 650 Classic
650cc air coole 65* V-twin pushing 40hp 50lbs/tq ona 500lbs bike
Mods: not mutch yet with owning a house now funds are hard to come
by. But it does have a quick release wind sheild. ONce my
paintbal stuff is sold it will get a seat, saddle bags and some other
goodies.
Its SOOOO MUTCH FUN. Fast open FREE and well fun cant really
explain it tooo well but just WOW cant beat two wheels for pure on the
road fun.

qft. and keep it wingless. everytime i see a front wheel drive car with an aftermarket wing on it, i feel like putting BLEACH in their gas tank. |
FIXED Sand gets filtered out by the fuel filter and it also settles to the bottom of the tank

|

There's an LS7 for you! My dad's car, he's had it for about three months. Hasn't let me do anything more than ride in it and wash it yet though, lol. There's another guy in our neighborhood that's got one just like it, only difference is my dad's has chrome wheels and the other guy has painted rims. The other guy also has a black C5 Z06 that he sold to his daughter. The guy across the street from my dad has a yellow C5 coupe. We got half a corvette club on one street, lol.
As for what I actually drive...

93 Toyota 4wd truck, graduation pressent from my grandpa. Got a list of crap wrong with it half a mile long though. Top of the list is new tires and shocks. The shocks might as well not be there and the tires are half rotted. It didn't cost me anything though, so I can't complain too much. 3.0L V-6, 5 speed manual, 4wd, radio, AC, and that's about it, lol.

If i had a camera i would post both of my cousins cars.
One of my cousins has:
- White S-10 Xtreme
- Air compresser in the back so he can raise and lower his car (kinda like hydro's only he cant bounce it)
- 5 12" Xplods
- 20" Chrome wheels
- Wet Shot of Nitrous
- Red Neon
- Racing Seats
- Fully Blacked-Out window tint
My other cousin has:
- '00 (i think) black Monte Carlo
- 20" Chrome Spinners
- Green Neon
- Dry Shot of Nitrous (crappy)
- Tornado Spoiler
- Green Interior neon hooked up to his radio and whenever it hears bass it flashes
- 10 14" Speakers, dont know what kind
- Fully Blacked out windows
- COMING SOON: Butterfly Doors
Now ive never seen this car but my friends mom was telling me about her cousin that has a '78 Baracuda that he made all the engine see-thru (glass, some plastic) and then he had a Camero with the engine ALL Chrome
Both of my cousins listed above both have Honda Motorcycles which are blue...and the cousin with the S-10 Xtreme has a red camero which is all standered.

If you watch footage of stuff going on in the middle east, you'll often see the soldiers from there piled into old toyota trucks.
