Did you want to use it for CO2 or HPA. If HPA 2200 psi just wont cut it.

Go to a scuba/dive shop. They can fill it to 3000 psi.

if you have a tank with 2200 psi it can only put that much into another bottle. it doesnt matter if its bigger. you could fill your bottle to 2200 but that would mean your only half filling it.

because big co2 tanks are *traded* you dont take them to a place and say here fill this,, you trade an empty for a full for about 27 dollars,, plus scuba tanks are originally for diving ,,, i dont think anyone breathes co2!!

have you done any research to find a place near you that could properly fill it. i would have looked into that before investing the money into something you cant fully use.

They will want it hydrotested before they fill it, they charged me $20, which included a gasket, sure beats not having hpa, good price on the tank

c02 and scuba =/= ITs like putting c02 ina an hpa tank. 2200 psi will only fill one, then it starts sropping 100-200 psi perfill, but youll last.

You can put CO2 in an HPA tank. I still dont see what the big deal is.

not really... it will completly mess up the tanks reg. the big deal is scuba tanks are amde for AIR! not c02. Plain and simple.

It will kick the crap out of the HPA tanks reg, assuming it does have an internal reg(most do). But you can still run CO2 in a scuba tank if it doesnt have an internal reg.

probably ,, but who would fill it,, and why?? besides i already have a co2 tank and im stepping up to compressed air which is ALOT better,, im trying to be self suffecient kinda like my own field,,so i dont have to drive somehere else and pay a field fee,, all i really have to buy is paintballs

Ya you can but why the hell would you? hes got a compressed air tank, and an impulse, true it will work on co2, but compressed air will work a ton better.

If you're the only one using the tank, ya 2200psi will work fine, youll get a decent amount of fills off of it, and if you only have to drive a mile and a half to there, and 80 miles to another place...the money you save in gas alone going to the firestation would pay for your tank.

Get the tank and get it filled at the station.

Till someone gets hurt, and their parents decide to sue you. Until then, I suppose it would work.

noone will get hurt,, we all use common sense,, plugs and masks, and if someone forgets and takes their mask off and gets one in the face by accident then its their own fault

i say u buy a nitrogen system for your gun. then just find a place that will sell you a nitro tank. it shouldnt be hard. maybe a welding tank will work. then u can put a fill station on it and kill each other.

yes i already tried and it would be much more expensive,, i couldnt find a nitro tank that was more than 2000 psi,, that means i would have to hook up two, then get a custom built fill station with a reg and what not then pay twice as 26 dollars to only use about 13 worth of nitrogen

(edit) what im gonna do for nitrogen is just go to a paintball field were they refill nitrogen and ask them what they use and were they got it

most fields use one tank and a expensive compressor hooked together to get 300o psi,,,,,, oh and about the recertification,,, the guy at the fire department told me as long as it looks safe he'll keep filling it for me ,,,hahahahaha
