Lance Bass: 'I'm **edited** and in a Stable Relationship' July 26, 2006 Former 'N Sync star Lance Bass is hitting his fans with the real truth: he's **edited**. The news is the blaring headline on the cover of the new issue of People magazine, out Friday. People's Julie Dam told "Extra" why Lance is coming out now. "Because all the rumors were starting to affect her personal life, his daily life," she said. "So he wanted to set the record straight, and he wanted to do it on his terms." "He's never felt so liberated in his entire life," Dam added. Lance's boyfriend is the season four winner of "The Amazing Race," Reichen Lehmkuhl. So does fellow 'N Syncer Justin Timberlake know about Lance's recent announcement? "Lance says Justin knows, but they haven't had a chance to sit down and talk about it," Dam said.
