It's a comedy because it's such an over the top action. My mind is blown. I'm in sheer awe of the BRILLIANT campiness of that movie. It was right in every possible way. You know how our parents' generation has Rocky Horror Picture Show, which they will all claim to have seen in theatres even though half of them actually didn't until it was re-released? Not every movie is made in the effort to make an Oscar. They just wanted to make a fun movie that was about snakes... on a plane. Nothing more. If you went in expecting it to have an amazing plotline and acting, you obviously missed the title. I loved it. Being in a full theatre only made it better. -------------

The experience of the crowd is half of what made the movie so enjoyable. I bought two SOaP shirts today. One black one with the logo that says Snakes On A Plane, and a white one with Samuel L's face on it thats says THERE ARE MOTHA-----IN SNAKES ON THE MUTHA----IN PLANE! And the profanity is blocked by Samuel L's face. |

I saw it last night, I actually quite liked it. I loved how its dead serious about something so silly. "WE NEED TO BUILD A BARRACADE BETWEEN US AND THE SNAKES!!! LETS BUILD A WALL!!!"
I quite liked it, although I couldnt beleive who they got to play the copilot.
