Close this thread it was pointless since right after I posted it I tried Paint Thinner which works effortlessly

Soak in water then scape off.

Tried that, scrape with what? Most thing's will scratch the black coat on my tank lol

Nevermind, My dad gave me some paint-thinner and it worked GREAT at getting it off
