I like the midnight snack, but it's so bad for you. The food just sits there overnight and turns into fat.

Since when do 16-23 year old guys usually care about health?

I used to have big midnight snacks, but lately dinner has become my main meal. Today I had steak, wild rice, and asian supreme salad for dinner. It was so delicious that I haven't eaten since.

So long as I stay in the 165-175 range i'm good. If I get lower, it means i aint eaten enough, and if I go over... It means I am eating excessivly.

That's the only thing I watch.
