I Comletely agree with you, but the sad fact of our modern day so called "Justice" system, is that it never deals with these people harshly enough. All those involved will probably be sentenced to about three months in jail, of which they will serve about four weeks and be released on good behavior, then go somwhere and comit an even worse crime. And as for releasing any criminal for "good behavior," that is the dumbest thing about our correctional system. I mean who isn't going to be good in prison if they know it will get them out. Sorry, I didn't mean to ramble, I hope it doesn't cause a hijacking of this thread. -------------  Join the XP Re-Revolution!

the 40 year old man, definitely should get something harsh, he definitely knew what he was doing. As for the teenagers. No way, youi can't jusit throw capital punishment out there. This case isn't cut and dry, as you can see, at parts, it wounds like the girl wanted it. And that makes the case that much more complex, as if it was simple to begin with. I'm sure that the publicity and the punishment they get will be more than enough to stop them from doing something like that again. To quote some comedian i can't remember, "god gave man two great things. A penis and a brain, but only enough blood to function one at a time". This happens to be very true, i know as a guy that ive done stupid things when trying to get action. But never mob sexual assault. But capital punishment? Not justified. |
