For those willing to get more info about this Armotech marker..

It's now been 1 year I purchased a WG-47 and here are my conclusions (fare and square)

thumbs up ! : For the look and feeling, very well made replica. Good mechanic, durable and surprisingly accurate.

thumbs down ! : For weight and bulk, not so "easy" field stripping, lack of compatibility with accessories not made by Armotech.

Warning ! : Use "high" quality bullet, cheap bullets tend to break with this one. Ball-breaking with this baby is quite a nightmare (like most Armotech markers as far as I know..), since it takes at least 10 to 20 shots thereafter to completely clean the barrel (even after a few squeegee uses) and shoot 100% straight again.

General appreciations.

I play paintball for nearly 12 years now and this is my 6th marker so far. I really like the "feeling" out of this one. It's a very nice replica and a accurate one too(almost the same accuracy as my last 2 sniper rifles). Bulk is a problem, but I solved it by sawing off 1/2 of the "fake" clip (its half empty anyway, so...)

It is also very durable, I felt in a "mouse hole" on my marker with my whole 160 pounds on it, the marker was in a 45 degree position. I was sure that the marker was broken... only a few screws joining the stock to the rifle had to be tighten !

This marker might be a little hard to field strip for a new owner and saddly it's not compatible with all types of accessories (lost half a day of play 'cuze I was not able to find a compatible spare remote for it, lol)

Once this baby is customized to your taste and most of it's minor problems are solved, you get a real nice war scenario marker here ! (and a "shiny" one too)

I hope those comments might help some people willing to buy, but aren't a 100 % sure. My best bet is try it for a day and if you buy one, customize it to suit your needs !

hey i jus got WG-47 too and i agree with street-samurai its a really sweet mil-sim gun tho although its a little heavy.  Its also a bit louder than most of my other guns but im still thrilled with mine.  I havent broken one ball in it yet though and ive jus been shooting random junk paint but im sure it will happen eventually.  Other than that id say its a very realistic and pretty dependable mil-sim gun
