woah... thats kinda creepy. Man, I feel sorry for Taiwan when China
finally wants to liberate their old land back, if they have our

I seem to remember predicting things like this happening in a thread a few years ago. Supposedly China's war minister stated that by 2010 they would have an army capable of successfully invading and capturing the USA. |

I think they could "invade" but, they wouldn't make it any further then
the Sierra Nevada... you also have to remember, besides our Army thing
we also have Millions of people who own firearms and I could deffinetly
see the NRA creating its own Militia.

I'd have to agre. The sheer numbers of everything, coupled with the precision of everything that would have to be done and our army here to defend us would be more than enough to at least keep them from succeeding completely. -------------

thats pretty scary too, but yeah, there is no way they could invade us without major nuclear weapons bombardments, and we would probably still be alright -------------

I've always thought China was a threat....And yeah, I feel sorry for Tiawan too. We've pledged our support if they're invaded, but I wanna say that we're at the point where that's a check we probably can't cash now, due to the blunders of the last five years....I've always wondered how the hell the administration justifies letting China handle North Korea too....it's scary how weak we are now days, especially in the far east... Oh and to invade us, they'd probably have to lead off with some massive nuclear strikes at the major population areas and a round or two of chemical and/or biological weapons. There's no way anyone would ever be able to take this land with our population intact....The American insurgency would be like nothing ever seen.... -------------  |
