the ebolt is nice and all. but that is alot of air that is wasted... how about just making a large silinoid that is attacted to the bolt. you could also make it so the the silinoid IS the valve. not just something hitting a valve. would that work????

So we replace the valve with a solenoid valve? I think it would require more battery and thus causing you to carry a large battery instead. The ebolt doesnt really use that much gas anyway.

how big of a battery do you think would it have to be to run something that large?? does anyone make a large solenoid that would fit in a 98c? just to exeriment with?

a lantern battery

and plan on adding about 6 pounds to just the back of the gun.

yeah, you would need a good sized Battery to be able to run that for a good amount of time. it IS possible, but you would need a special battery if you would plan on fitting that much power inside the gun.

or you could just add I giant block to the back on the gun lol. perhaps make a stock around it. or even do a "remote" battery setup lol, putting the battery in your pod belt.

Not really. Electronic guns are only limited by 2 things. Feed rate and the solenoid speed.
