Subject: Paintball Sniper?

I have heard it said numerous times that there is no such thing as a sniper in paintball. A true sniper is not an individual taking a shot from a great distance. A true sniper is an individual well versed in the tactics of ambush and concealment. This said a true sniper is not limited by the short range of a paintball marker they are only limited by their skill level.

I am not looking forward to that at all. She wont tell me what to get her. I know it should be more meaningful than a birthday gift, but more casual than an anniversary gift. Gah, so much pressure.

Anybody have a good sore throat remedy? I'm really enjoying the cooler weather, but it's making my throat sore and I'm about to go on vacation. I hate traveling when I'm not feeling well.

Coffee and warm salt water gargling are helping so far, and I'm going to sip broth all day.

Cough drops that numb your throat. Thats what I use.

I use those Halls Honey flavored cough drops and just pop one after the other... soothes your throat and protects it from getting worse.

Salt eats the bacteria and infection, same as putting salt on a wound.

Warm water sooths the throat a bit.

Gargling Listerine will have similar - better - disinfecting results (minus the warmth part), without having to mix your own saltwater.  Will fight gingivitis at the same time.

(Not Scope or similar products - Listerine)

Alka-seltzer (sp.), I swear by that stuff, it will kill your soar throat by the end of the day. But it tastes like crap.

Most mouthwash is just mouthwash.  Listerine is actual disinfectant.  Scope et al just cover up the odors; Listerine kills the germs.

Fresh Mint and Citrus are the two best Listerine flavors.

I never go camping, on vacations, etc. without one of those travel-size bottles of Listerine.

Yeah, I got stuff stuck in there all the time but you pretty much had to pick it out with your fingers because when the Drill Instructor is counting down from 200 for you to use the head, shower, and shave toothbrushing takes a low priority.

Me, every day.

As a SFU student, I get the Upass. I can take any transit, anywhere, anytime, even the seabus. Its like, $90 a semester or something, whereas a monthly transit pass alone is normally around that much.

It's leet.
