could be alot of things, most likely its worn down internals causing your sear to not catch the rear bolt as it comes back after hitting the valve pin -------------

If more than one ball is ocming out for each cycle, then it is most
definately a missing, wornd down, or incorrectly installed ball latch. If the gun cycles more than once per trigger pull, then it is likely a worn sear or sear spring. |
