Hi, i'm kinda new to paintball and have been wanting to upgrade to HPA and was wondering what the best tank is that Is available in canada (my mom said that I can't order internationally because "customs quadruple the price of anything", or at least according to her.

Antother problem is she won't want me sinking big money into it and my field is quite expensive for refills but don't go by tank size, just by PSI . In my opinion this means bigger is better and a 114ci tank would be my 1st choice, but I can't find any inside Canada. Also, i might be upgrading to an ion soon and would like to know if there are any ups I should carry from my 98 to it (grips, on/offs, anything). And if you did get a tank from somewhere outside of Canada, could you say how much it cost for shipping, handling and customs?

Shipping will be free, but it's an HPA tank, so it won't be cheap to begin with. They're in Canada, have great customer service, and a fair bit of my money; I'll vouch for them.

I'm in the middle of saskatchewan and I've made orders from paintballgear.ca before and was wondering if the 72/3000 psi tanks from pure energy on badlandspaintball.com would be good.

Tell your mom, that ordering stuff from the states won't quadruple the cost, as long as it's shipped USPS and NOT UPS.

Also, check out pbnation.com for wicked used deals.

Yeah.  I HATE UPS.

If you ship USPS the MOST you will pay (if the item is made in the US) is taxes.  If you ship UPS, you'll pay tax, plus like half the value of what you're buying lmao.

UPS sucks.

... and smells.

Oh, p.s. www.paintballgear.ca and www.canadianpaintball.com are the only 2 canadian stores worth buying from.  Every other store sells remotes for like $90 and rediculouse crap like that.

ebay it and ask the seller to ship USPS. Customs aren't normally that bad.

Then get a crossfire, fiber wrapped tank, 4500 psi by 68ci if you are going to have it on the back of your ion.  (that is probably one of the best tanks you can get)

If you are running a remote the cubic inches can be as high as you want cause the big tank will be on your back.

Hey,

Splatterpaintball in Grande Prairie has been pretty good for me, but don't trust the website.  I don't think it's been updated in a while.  The group I play with has got some stuff from Badlands paintball in Calgary.

I've also used forums and e-bay to buy some stuff, but ask a lot of questions before you buy.  The forum at specialopspaintball.com has a lot of good items in it as well

Hopefully this helps you a little bit

Have a great day!

Rick
