Probably installed your board upside down. Had that problem with my friends reloader B and my victory boarded halo.

Have you done any modifications to your feed elbow?  Like anything designed to reduce wobble, unusual cuts, or anything else in that general area?

Eyes in the Halo work, I assume?

elbow on both guns r stock, and yes the eyes work, it drops em fast enough but when i shoot it on my gun it chops as soon as i start to fire  over 10bps..

This is why eyes on guns are so popular.

True, but it is. And you've concluded that the loader works, so what are we supposed to say?

1)
make sure looking at the back of the board that the gold tabs on the plugs are up and the colored wire are on the right, and the red/white is on the left.  now turn the speed all the way down.  take the battery out.  hold the on button for like 5 seconds.  put a NEW battery in.  fill your hopper.  put your finger on the feedneck so balls dont fall out when you turn it on.  then turn it on the make sure the balls stop when it starts.  let the hopper unload itself.  then turn it off.  now turn the speed all the way up.  make sure it unloads properly again.  shut it off and throw it on your gun.

2)
If that doesn't work the feedneck needs to be made shorter.  sand it down about 1/4 of a paintball length or make the hopper almost flush with the feedneck of the gun.  you should then be set to go.

LMK if all that doesn't work.
