If you can get a shocker for under 300 then I'd say it should be the best.  (depending on how old it is and if it works).

Where did you see a shocker for under 300?

If you can get the shocker for cheap, I'd say go for it. What model is it?

Sounds like a shoebox to me...

If it is, get the Ion. More woodsball/speedball options.

Shoebox Shocker, aka, brick with a barrel.

Early model Shockers where bulky, heavy, and looked like a shoebox or a brick with a barrel coming out the front and a trigger frame on the bottom. Early shockers didn't use proprietary solenoids, like other early electros (rainmaker, etc) they used off-the-shelf MAC valves as their solenoids. They were also designed to be run off of an anti-siphon CO2 system which lead to many many problems until the advent of the original AGD-built HPA/N2 systems.
