My favorite is the 1967 Mustang Fastback S-code with the 390 ci engine. I also really like the 1968 Ford Torina Fastbacks with the big 428 under the hood.

Fugly as it is, it was a great car, it had a 402 in it, and until I raced a 72' gtx with dual carbs, it was the fastest car in town (such as it was).  It hit just over 350 hp on a dynometer back in '79 which may not seem like much now days, but it was pretty good back then.

Misunderstanding. The Yenko Camaro was a classic. I would kill for one. I was just making a joke. Some people only know about it through the Fast and the Furious. N20 ejection seats aren't very flattering for an American icon.

i dont see a wheelie bar on the 280, wouldnt that just about flip as light of a car that probly is. Also there is an old amc gremlin at our loacal 1/8 strip that runs 6's and 7's i still dont see how it does it.

I thought Shelby got the design from AC, maybe I got it mixed up. Anyway the 440 kicks ass, ima put a 350 chevy in my 1950 ford panel truck, maybe ill post pics of it sometime. Also I officially change my favorite muscle car to a truck, a 1941 willys pickup to be exact. [/IMG]

One reason why I love the GTO Judge so much is because my dad has the old 69' judge and it sat in his garage for about 13 years till I got to about the age of 8 then we started working on it and getting it road ready. We have  history

false.  http://www.factoryfive.com - http://www.factoryfive.com has the kit for 12,000 and all you need is a donor car, so your total price tag ends up being like 20,000 if you spend a good 8,000 for the donor car, or just buy new parts.  Not to mention if done right, one of these can do a 4.2 ish quarter mile

....4.2ish quarter mile if done right??? Are you posting under the influence??? Please define "if done right" for me. That website has it listed at 12.3 for the quarter. The NHRA has top fuel dragster running quarters at 4.4 seconds AT BEST...Tell me that was a simple typo please.

Many people forget about the AMC's. I loved my Dad's friend AMX. The car looked brand new back in the 80's.

A Not so funny story about it. He had the motor blue printed, put it back in, fired it up and then a few sec later BOOM! He sadly discovered he forgot to put oil in it and had to have the motor re-done.

But yeah I loved that AMX. *Salutes Old Soldier
