Here's a great idea.

Why not make the Low Pressure Kit look more like a weapon magazine?  Given the number of people interested in investing in creating that scary looking marker...

It seems like there'd be quite a bit of money to be made there.  I know I'd purchase one.  As it is, I'm frustrated with being unable to eliminate the gas line from my A-5.  The idea of two strange looking cylinders coming out of the bottom of the gun has kept me away from buying one.

Not a bad idea, actually. One of the big MilSim gripes with the A5 is where the gas line comes out.

A well made mag kit that incorporates the gas line- kind of like how Ariakon did it for the SIM5, or Tippy on the X7- would be pretty good.

There are some aftermarket ones, but none of them are totally convincing...

i find the best mag are the opsgear mp5/ump mags

and you can even get some mags that work as expansion chambers

but no lpk mags unfortunately

Because not everyone wants their marker to be mil-simmed out.

Does that make it easier for you?

Machining one set of LPKs is a big enough undertaking in an of itself as most of your tippmann owners aren't into putting that much money in their marker. Let's face it, the vast majority of those who win up putting an LPK in their marker are either tippmann fanatics, or just have too much money. It is easier and much more cost effective to create a new marker with all the mil-sim features you want in it with easily manufactured bolt-ons for the mil-sim fans. Either re-tooling the existing line to make mil-sim volumizers for the few that want them for their 98's or even building a new line for that sole purpose is cost prohibitive. To get something like that, you'd have to look to a custom specialist.

ok a bit more clear.

the whole "Because not everyone wants their marker to be mil-simmed out."

is a stupid statement imo because a huge chunk of the paintball industry is millsim.

your second post was much better

^^Alot of people prefer performance over looks.  Im getting more and more into woods, fast woods though, no camping, and sure milsim guns look nice, but performance is what counts

Why not have the LPK available in both styles?

Do you realize how much it would cost to re-tool an assembly line to do something like that? Its not cheap...
