Hey guys

Haven't been on here for a while. Anyway, to the point, I bought an A-5 and a E-Grip (W.A.S) a little while ago. I love it, it owns. So last night, I gives me a solid orange LED. My first idea was to just turn it off, but rather than turning off, it just went to a red solid LED. My next guess was the battery being low, which I replaced. Still no luck, just the stupid solid red LED. Won't turn on/off or respond to any button functions. Any ideas please?

By the way, I'm using the green and white Energy Paintball Special Forces batteries...

Thanks guys.

hold the programming button down for 6 seconds, this should reset the board. You may have to hold the trigger at the same time. then pull out the directions and set the the trigger modes. There is a quick set-up sheet on this web site.

Both appreciated, but it isn't the battery, as I have tried numerous different ones and I've also reset the board twice. Gives me the same thing as I described before after I reset it.

If I sent it in to Tippmann, what do you think it would cost me, and how long would it take?

Thanks again.

they probably wont charge you anything to fix it.  you'll just be out the shipping cost.  it usually takes about 2 weeks to get stuff back depending on how complicated the problem is.

you might check to see if any of the red or blue wires have pulled loose from the sodering.  i have sent back about 5 to be repaired and none have came back that i am satisfied with and still have issues.

That isn't too reassuring... Thanks anyway though. I think what i'll end up doing is either buying my friends, or getting a new one when my OPSGEAR G36 kit comes in. After having played on turbo, even capped at 10bps, I can't possibly go back.
