There might be differences. The Cyclone uses gas from a port on the right side of the power tube. Some Tippmann power tubes don't have that port molded in. But, many standard power tubes do have it. -------------

| Then you do not need to remove the valve or power tube from your gun when you install the cyclone. I think the instructions might say something about this. Maybe not. I know the instructions that came with my R/T said I could skip that step if I had A.C.T. Because my gun already had the new power tube (PN.98-21NR) installed. So I didn't need to install the one that came with the kit. So the answer to your question is...there is no difference between the two. The one that came with your kit is only needed to upgrade the older markers that do not have the port to hook up the cyclone or r/t. |
