I just realized that when I quit tinkering with my Phantom (again) I stuck pics in the POTM thread, but never created an actual post of them, which was what I actually intended to do.
The Q-loader (5 pod set-up) was given to me by my friend that owns the local PB store. He picked it up in trade several years ago and kept it in the shop to let people who might be interested in one try it out. He got tired of it coming back broken/dirty. I had to order a few repair/extra parts and do a lot of cleaning, but it seems to work okay now. (Shameless plug for the Q-Loader folks-their customer service is outstanding.)
Anyway, here's my marker. Apologies to those who already saw it in the other thread.

P.S. I am considering a 13 cu. in. air tank and another barrel. Thusly, I am open to suggestions/information from those who have experience in such Phantom/pump related issues. (Actually, I'm open to all suggestions with my markers, because I do enjoy experimenting with different set-ups.)

Isnt the q-loader just going to shoot balls down the barrel when you go to pump it?

I'm using CCI detent http://www.sundragonpps.com/catalog/item/1535705/2143603.htm - rings . I ran an entire pod of paint through the marker one very slow pump at a time without any problems. Additionally, I think the paintballs have a tendency to jam up at the 90 degree turn from the feed neck to go down the barrel which helps prevent the problem you mentioned. (I haven't tested that specifically, but when I was trying different loader configurations, I noticed the Q-loader would not feed through a 90 degree elbow without assistance.)

Hah... A Q-Loader on a Phantom. I like your phantom though, it looks a bit "crowded" compared to most phantoms though. Nice anyway

In my defense, this was not what I originally intended. I was going to use it on my 'cocker and/or one of my 98s. I didn't like it on the 98 and started messing with it on other markers and the next thing I know, I've got a Q-loaded Phantom. My original plan for the Phantom was to come up with a spring loaded magazine with a capacity of at least 15 rounds. Oh well, I'll save that for a summer project.

Looks pretty cool. I would suggest looking into a Frantom or an Ultralite, both are awesome barrels on Phantoms. If you can find a 13ci tank for cheap, go for it.

Looks nice, but what do you need a Q on a phantom for?
