would this work?

having an expantion chamber that u just screw your bottle into just like an asa, screw the x-chamber into the asa and then your bottle into the x-chamber.

There already is one. I think proteam or what ever makes it. But it does not go into your tank asa, It goes into a vertical adapter and then you tank goes into the expansion chamber.

Depends, if he using a 9oz or a 3.5oz than it wouldn't be to long at all but either way I think this is a good idea for and x chamber.

X chambers work best in vertical/near vertical configurations that allow the warmer gaseous CO2 to rise above the liquid CO2 via thermal convection. I'm not sure how well a horizontal expansion chamber would work. (And a vertical one on the ASA would be rather odd.)

those things can make the gun really nose/barrel heavy through...

for a pump that would be pretty cool tho, a stock that had the tank inside it would be sick tho, mabye put the x-chamber where your bottomline would go, and put the tank inside the stock... that would look cool,..

also, there's a type of palmer's stabilizer that replaces your ASA. that'll work as a regulator/x-chamber
