They are top-notch. They are easy maitenence, fast, and super efficient. All you really have to do is look around and find one that feels best for you.

The '07 model year has been having some issues, anything prior to this year's models are pretty darn good though. They're fairly older technology compared to what is out there now, but the same could be said about the DM/PM series of markers, etc. Extremely good marker all around for both woodsball and speedball. My only issue with it is that is is a fairly long marker compared to things like the newer angels, e-teks, and egos.

There really isn't a true 07 Timmy, as the Onyx/Marq6/7/Rapper/etc. is not actually an Intimidator.

You forgot "Mummy."

That is not what they are called, Detrev. See Marq6/7/Rapper/etc.

I thought there was an 07 Ripper?

It's based on the Gen4 generation of Timmies, which is typically considered the 2006 model line.

Hottest timmy made yet, saw one last weekend amazing looking.

Pretty much any stock timmy will shoot the same. This comes from shooting a 2k2 then an empire.  All are very fast, seemed to be good on air, they are on the hevier side of the gun range though.  Still very nice though.

Is that right? I swear I've seen them called "Mummies..."

The prototype was called the Mummy, nicknamed after it was revealed covered in tape so people couln't see the milling. But they then changed the name to the Onyx, Marq6, then Marq7.

Why are we arguing over this again? Anyway, I don't like the Marq series, so it doesn't matter.

I do enjoy a good arguement.

I'm on my second Timmy now. Love 'em. Solid guns, very quick, and they feel better to me than most other high-end guns out there.

BTW, there is indeed a "Mummy" again. It was the preproduction code name when the gun was under wraps, and Hybrid is calling their private label Marq by that name as well.

There's an 06 Gen4 Ripper3, and the 07 Marq, which is called the Rapper.

The bigggest drawback with timmies is the chopping you will inevitably deal with in cold weather, no matter who you are.

Not quite right.  Bob was going to run with "Mummy" as one of the names for the Marq series, but NPS still owns the rights to that name. Therefore, the "Mummy" is no more.
