what does the blinking GREEN mean. I read on the manual that solid orange is BOOTING, blinking orange is NORMAL OPERATIONS, and blinking red is BATTERY IS LOW.

EVERYTIME I TURN ON THE E-GRIP it goes from orange to red to green and then it just starts blinking green. Is this normal.  I need help bad.

to change fire modes you have to turn it off then hold the trigger down and press the button then release the trigger so that the light is i think blinking solid red then pull trigger untill light blinks green/orange (3 times) then hold trigger until light goes out then pull trigger: 1 time for semi, 2 times 3 shoot ramping, 3 times auto, 4 auto response, 5 for turbo after selecting mode press button to exit menu mode then turn trigger on again, you cannot change fire mode withj out going into the menu mode

I had a "blinking green" problem that was due to the battery sitting on top of the solenoid/capacitor wiring.  I moved them out of the way (after two hours of hair pulling) and all was well again.

I change the firing modes on my trigger simply by pressing and releasing the power button.  It is not necessary to go into the programming mode to select a new firing mode.
