Before you go blasting me about weight, this gun isn't as heavy as it looks.
Its primarily done as a display gun to the possibilities of the X7 design.

Pretty cool, is that an airsoft M203, or just a prop that doesn't shoot anything?

You could never convince my to carry that in a game, but it certainly looks realistic enough.

Very nice. As is all your work.

I just shake my head at the "looks heavy" crowd.
Of course it won't appeal to most paintball players... but it's MILSIM... and a real M4/M203 combo isn't exactly a featherweight. If a milsim player is willing to dress up his paintgun and wear the gear in order to "simulate"... then he isn't gonna mind carrying something that also happens to mimic the heft of the real deal.
That said, I would never carry it for a game. hehe. But I certainly won't question why some people would.

Nice application of the CAA saddle. I have that on my AR... could never use it on a paintgun, unfortunately, as my cheek has that pesky 'mask obstruction'

Their are paintball grenade launchers you know, so that M-203 style grenade launcher could really work... http://rap4.com/paintball/os/minegrenadelauncher-grenade-launcher-c-38_284.html - http://rap4.com/paintball/os/minegrenadelauncher-grenade-lau ncher-c-38_284.html

So exactly what kind of launcher is that? I know it was mentioned M203 but if so by who?  Or like Pariel said, is it an airsoft launcher?

I provided a link in a previous response, their are many types of paintball grenade launchers. Specifically speaking I think this is the type of paintball M203 style grenade launcher that is on that marker:

the launcher came from Opsgear. I'm not sure what the brand is but it's
made of all metal. It's a well made launcher.

Paintball grenade lauchers work more like shotguns then actual grenade launchers. visit: http://rap4.com/pursuit/video_archive.html - http://rap4.com/pursuit/video_archive.html  to check out some videos.

That is a rap 4 launcher that works like that. I have a scepter grenade launcher and it will launch small grenades or I can do a grape shot. It works off the air from my gun.  I do believe that one is a rap 4 launcher though. I don't like them because you have to buy these special shell and fill them with co2 every time you shot them.

The launcher on the gun uses the Rap4 "Thunder Grenades" and there are
several to choose from. The grenade does not leave the launcher but as
stated, it works like a shotgun and is very loud. You must load the grenade
with co2 and paintballs each time you use it.

Sorry, I'm not trying to advertize for them or anything. Its just that people seem to have never herd of a paintball grenade launcher. So I was just showing them that they do exist.

Nice indeed.

I had the M-4 front sight and carry handle/rear sight on mine for a little while, all stuff that I ripped off an old armo-crap and modded to fit the X-7. I played one game with it on saturday and stripped them off, they were a hinderance more than anything else. I hated the M-4 sights on it.

It's an A5 stock I modded to work with the X7. I looks different because I
added a CAA stock saddle to it.

I was PM'd about the stock mod. Here's how I did it.

Ok, I think I've got a viable solution to the stock problem. If anyone has a
better idea, post it.

As you can see in the photo below, there are differences between the two
end caps of the X7 and the A5.

The solution is a broom...or a rake like I used. Here's how. Cut off a piece,
check your measurements and be precise. Make sure you make your cuts
square and precise. Then attach the wooden piece to the stock you want
to use. Use a good strong glue and let it dry well. Note that all
measurements must be precise and the circumference of the wooden
piece needs to be pretty darn close. A broomstick works very well. (If this
isn't "Frankensteining" I don't know what is!!!! LOL)

Add the small hole for the striker to countersink into, again, be precise
and use the endcap from the X7 for all measurements.

Good luck and I hope this helps.

Nauz
