E-Grip: Different shot options, variable speeds, easy to install, requires a battery, and water may mess it up. More expensive.

RT: Fast, more difficult to install and set up, no dependency on batteries and doesn't matter about getting wet, so more durable once you get it to work. Less expensive.

Either one is great. I wish I had one...

Just choose depending on your needs and financial situation.

R/T doesn't have different options on how it fires and it's shooting quality begins to drop off after your tank is half empty.

If you go E-grip I suggest you get the A.P.E board. Also, the R/T will still allow you to shoot a single shot when needed. You just pull through the sweet spot.

I second that motion.

Equalizer (W.A.S.):
Pro: Organizational (NPPL, NXL and PSP) settings
Con: no 3-shot burst or auto without ramping
Con: you have to turn it on to use it and thus...
Con: ... it devours batteries like Orson Wells at an all you can eat buffet
Con: changing firing modes requires Idle mode > Programming mode > Firing mode
Con: you have to sometimes disconnect/reconnect the battery when it doesn't feel like working (at least in my experience)

Rampage (A.P.E.) pros:
Pro: waterproof
Pro: no need to turn it on
Pro: long battery life because it only draws power when you fire
Pro: changing firing modes: 1 touch
Con: extra $80 (unless you can find a grip w/ it preinstalled)
