Would it be practical to say, cut a hopper in half, then cut 1 or 2 more hoppers into pieces and glue them together to make a 300-400 ball capacity hopper, or would this make the gun too top heavy?

what kind of gun do you have? on this site, they have a 300 rd. loader for normal guns, and then a 400 rd. loader for the cyclone...hope this helps

98 Custom. R/T, Cyclone, x-chamber, polished internals, milled, painted, etc.
nothing special, but gets the job done.

I do suggest just buying one though because they are shaped a little different to hold the paint in a slightly more compact package, and not only that it will probably be sturdier.

It's in my user name. I have a BT4 Ironhorse. The downside is that the cyclone feeder isn't out for it yet (or at least this is what I've been told).

they make over-size hoppers... ive seen 300, 350 rounds ones...

and bigger for the cyclone...

i'm assuming that since you shoot like crazy you want a big hopper so you can lay waste to everyone in your path...

Well, there is a downside to having a big hopper, one it has an extremely large profile. So just get some pods and if your worried about reloading lengths just get a speedfeed, because I don't know about you but i can reload easily in less than 5 seconds without a massive hopper or a speed feed.
