First, the random brag: My book has been hovering around 50,000th on the Amazon best-seller list for the last couple of weeks, which I think is good, and momentarily hit 12,000th. Woot for me. Then the request: Despite billions served, I don't have any reader reviews on Amazon yet, and this is no doubt hurting my sales. So I therefore ask any of you that have a copy if you wouldn't mind swinging by Amazon and dropping a positive review for me. This will result in a Gold Star next to your name in Rambino's Book of Forumers, which could have many benefits. Any negative reviews will, of course, result in my unmitigated fury. On a serious note, based on the above statement, did you include "use spell check" in your list of tips? I ask because I spent the last 7 years of my time in the AF reviewing documents from subordinates where I only had to peruse the paper for a few seconds to realize they hadn't. -------------

I could totally take them. I've checked them all out, expecting an invitation to the cage match any day. 1. Danish hacker/investor. He may be rich, but he's Danish. 'Nuff said. 2. Danish drummer. Danish AND a spazzed-out druggie. No contest. 3. Norwegian lawyer. Interesting matchup - but I'm thirty years younger, and much better looking. 4. Norwegian former MP. Ditto on the age advantage, and this guy is a socialist to boot, which means he can't fight. 5. Ski book writer guy. Dark horse, unknown quantity. Probably Norwegian, since Danes have no clue about skiing, and probably in good shape. Could be a toughie, but given that all his books are out of print, I'll guess he is old and/or dead.
