Wrongo. The Osiris is electro. This is mech, as is implied by the 6-way. That's right. 6-way.

And Rainmaker? Uh, nope. Bit off there! :P

And Hybrid wins once again! Almost on all accounts. Creepy...

Anyway, I don't know how fast it's "going out," as I officially bought it over www.paintballgear.ca, so it all depends on how fast you Canucks here can ship it! :D

It was 'SPENSIVE!

Edit: Double crap. Now I just bought a ULE body for my E-mag. I'm poor again, and need to get MORE stuff! I DON'T EVEN HAVE A &^$#% 'COCKER TO PUT THE ^&%!#$ GEMINI ON!

/sigh

Oh well, I don't think I truely regret it, as both are projects I've been wanting to do for a long time now. Now I just need a source of money flow.

So here's the official standings:

- <???>98: 30% completion
- Thunderboard Rainmaker: 85% completion
- E-Mag: 90% completion
- Gemini 'Cocker: 10% completion

Someone please. Put me out of my misery...

I say finish the one that you started first and work your way towards the stuff you've started more recently.

Well, right now I kinda have to get the E-Mag up and running. It's the only one I can reliably use right now. Still need an ASA/Rail combo and a $50 charger, and I'm broke. Good thing I've got a cheezy drop and it can run mech though...

I find it funny that you spent a bunch of money on a new project while completely ignoring critical purchases for your only potentially working gun.

But, mech works.

Posted By: DeTrevni
Date Posted: 09 April 2007 at 1:58am

I'm honestly debating selling the E-Mag off to fund my other purchases. When it's all assembled, I can probably get $400 out of it. I don't need anything that fast anyway.

Please stop me from doing it!!!! This isn't right! I've got a problem...

I've never sold a single piece of my paintball stuff. Therefore I have no insight to your problem, but I think you should do what you feel is best.

*Deep breath*

Okay. I was weak. I was frail. I'm now gonna approach the situation with a clear mind.

Problem: I'm a gun whore, and a tinkerer. Bad combo. I've got a healthy $15ish in reserve. I need a functioning marker. I want to build other markers...

Solutions: Well, I'm working with that right now...

What about your RM? If you want a working gun and only have $15, Brass Eagle Blade Turbo is your friend.

Ill mail you a quarter if you tell me about your 98 project.

I think there's a support group for this kind of thing...

$15 huh? Maybe you should go out and buy one of those "get rich fast" guides. Should solve your problems right there.

Some people would say that admitting you have a problem is the first step towards healing.

I say that I don't see a problem here.

why don't you just make some custom paintball markers and sell them for CASH.  mill up some tippys and fine tune some cockers and restore some beaters.  seems like a good solution to me.

go find a pro shop which will allow you to get cheaper parts money wise and you can use your tinkering skills while reparing markers.

i don't know about you, but in my experiance, proshops generally cost more, due to them having to compete with the internet.

The only "pro" shop around where I live (ever since PB Maxx closed down) is owned by a bunch of conniving, thieving dolts whom I could never in good conscious bring myself to work for.

Bad experiences.

For a general example: $50 for V-Force Shields.

You've got to make money somehow and getting a job there well its a job.

Plus I've seen you diss noobs on here before, now you get to sell noobs stuff at crazy prices... shouldn't you feel proud.

Money is money and when you want to spend it on something you love you do what you have to... don't you?

Well, he doesn't have to work at a proshop that he hates, he could just work some where like a store or mc donalds just long enough to get the money he he needs.
