3)speedball is a fast paced game where speed and agility are MORE important than in woodsball, therefore being faster and in better shape is more important. You comment is without merit.
4) Both groups of players get muddy, perhaps you are the girl though since you seem to be complaining about people who play speedball alot? If you don't prefer a style of play don't play it, just don't act like you are brain dead.
5)stalking people and dispatching them is not the only method by which to suceed in woodsball,... actually I would say it is less used than "speedball" oriented tactics. It also IMO is more difficult to play aggressively, snap shoot, run, etc than it is to stalk someone in the woods. 6) I would suggest an Ion b/c I feel they offer better performance for the money. a) I was not reffering to internet slang, I was reffering to the lack of punctuation and obviously misspelled words/ typos that were not simply abbreviations. They make the write look unintelligenent. You apparently have the same problem since you also lack punctuation and ramble on much like RedBull, making your inane point or observation significantly more difficult to understand. I think of myself as polite, and even i would have said something about how horrible the post was, but, I was too late entering the thread, many posts had already been made, and I didnt want to waste my time arguing with someone who backs a post like that up.

I bought an Ion as a backup for my A-5.  Haven't modded it much.  Had to put a drop on it since I use 114ci/3000psi bottles on it.  Thought about upping the internals over the winter, but just never got around to doing it.

This is a great debate.  "Woods" vs. "Speed" at comparable prices.  (Yes, you'll need an e-grip for an A-5 to compare, but you'll need a hopper for an Ion.)  Yeah, I know, you can take either to either field (as I do) but in essence, that's what it breaks down to.  I own an A-5 and my son own's an Ion.  The Ion is more accurate out of the box but if you like milsim, A-5 is the way to go b/c with the right mods you can get that accuracy and easily keep up with an Ion.

I've done speedball with my A-5 and my Ion.  I have to say the Ion was a better choice because it is much smaller and lighter than my A-5 setup.  I was more maneurverable with the Ion when it came to diving and ducking behind the 'pipes' than the A-5.  Was getting more equipment hits on the A-5 too.

Now in the woods, definitely A-5.
